Walmart Supercenter at 350 Walters Road, Suisun City, California.

Came in to return an unwanted Christmas gift. The security guard did not notice me and I was completely unaware that you have to obtain a sticker from the guard before going to customer service for returns. I have never been to a store that does that. The sign on the security podium is not very noticeable. There should be a sign on the door. The customer service gentleman asked me multiple times in a patronizing manner if I saw the guard, as if I were trying to do something purposely wrong. First off, if security is a huge issue, the guard should have seen me and stopped me. At 8 am on a Wednesday, the store was empty. Second, there should be a bigger noticeable sign. The current sign Looks like a laminated 8x10 that’s white with navy lettering .... it blends with the security post!!!
